Shipping Information

We ship across New Zealand FREE OF CHARGE. Depending on the order and location the items may be sent with several different providers.  This is currently taken care of by our fulfilment house, Carrolls Logistics.  We feel very confident in their expertise but please contact Shakespeare Solutions directly should you have any concerns or feedback on delivery; we are always looking for ways to improve.

 

Should you have specific logistic requirements please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Handling Time

We will do everything we can to ship your items the day you place the order, however, in cases where this is not possible it will ship the next business day.

Upon placing your order you will receive an email with in several business hours from one of our team members informing you of how and when the order will be shipped. We will also supply you with the connote details (where available) for tracking.

 

 Out of Stock

Whilst we keep a large amount of stock on hand, if we do run out, our next shipment tends to already be on it’s way and usually will cause only a very short delay to shipping.  If this is the case, we will notify you by email or phone ASAP.
